Business processes are the day to day drivers for most businesses.  They are often a key connection between the business and the business customer.  They are most often a combination of business operating procedures, business rules and supporting computer systems.  Yet, many processes are often undocumented, misunderstood, un-optimized, error-prone and inefficient.

This course is designed to give you a time proven set of techniques, methods, and tricks to help you model, analyze, and improve both the business and system processes.  These approaches will help you model what is really happening (the AS IS business system) and increase your understanding of the actual business processes involved.  With this firm requirements for improvement. This leads to optimization and improvement for the AS IS system or to requirements for a new system (the TO BE business system).
